improve circulation by using a foam roller as self-massage. An absolute
must for all athletes.
Balance, Bounce and Roll
This 3 hour workshop
demonstrates how balance transfers into functional
strength in using the Bosu. Learn how to incorporate fun filled
exercises safely into your training by balancing and bouncing in all 3
planes of motion on the Bosu. You will finish the workshop with foam
rolling and releasing knots (myofascial release) by using a round
styrofoam roller.
Cut To the Core Stability Ball
This 3 hour workshop will
demonstrate a creative hands-on approach to improving core strength,
coordination and balance. We will focus on the stability ball for
enhancing the performance of the core. Upon
completion of this course, you will have a variety of new exercises to
do yourself and to offer your clients on the stability ball.

with creative ideas in training your clients without equipment. Learn
how to work your entire body while training with a partner and using manual
resistance.
