This 3 hour workshop demonstrates how balance transfers into functional strength in using the Bosu. Learn how to incorporate fun filled exercises safely into your training by balancing and bouncing in all 3 planes of motion on the Bosu. You will finish the workshop with foam rolling and releasing knots (myofascial release) by using a round styrofoam roller.
